How warm does it get?
It holds a steady 100–113°F, comfortably warm like a warm compress. There’s one warmth level, and modes 3 and 4 run without warmth if you prefer.
Does the pressure push on my eyes?
The airbags sit in the padded cushion around the eyes and over the temples and fill and release gently. Choose the mode that feels best; mode 5 is warmth only.
Can I play my own music?
Yes. Connect your phone by Bluetooth and play any playlist or podcast, or use the built-in calm sounds. Double-press the button to turn the sound off, triple-press for silent mode.
How long does a charge last?
About 2 hours of use per charge, so several 15-minute sessions. Charge it with the included USB cable from any USB charger.
Can I fall asleep in it?

Will it fit me?
