How to use it
1. Slide your hand in, palm down, all the way to the wrist cuff, and press the power button.
2. Press M to choose a mode and the bars button to choose the pressure. Start on level 1 and go up when it feels right.
3. Press the warmth button if you want heat, and press it again to change the setting.
4. Sit back. It switches itself off after 15 minutes. Then switch hands.

It’s one size. Inside it measures about 22.5 cm (8.9 in) from the wrist opening to the tip and about 11.5 cm (4.5 in) across, which fits most adult hands, women’s and men’s. The air cushions adjust to your hand as they fill.
Is the squeeze too strong?
You choose. There are 5 pressure levels: start on level 1, which is a soft hug, and go up only when it feels good. You can change the level at any time during a session.
How warm does it get?
It warms up within seconds. There are 4 warmth settings and you can switch the warmth off and use only the massage.
Can I use it on both hands?
Yes. It fits the left or the right hand. Most people do one hand for 15 minutes and then the other. Many order two so both hands can go at once.
How long does the battery last?
It has a built-in 2000 mAh battery and charges with the included USB-C cable from any phone charger. A full charge covers several 15-minute sessions; there’s no cord while you use it.
Is it loud?
